Dilimi Soccer Outreach, powered by Lighthouse Rescue Sports Outreach (LRSO).
24th May, 2024.
On the 19th of May 2024 LRSO had a Soccer Outreach with a friendly game against the Dilimi Community Soccer Team.
A short welcome address was made by LRSO President Mr Geoffrey Bottson, where he highlighted the need for the players to contribute in community development projects that has to do with Health and Wellness. And a short message about Light and Darkness was shared by Pst Haruna Damina LRSO Patron/Board Member.
It was a great time playing soccer with the Dilimi Community, which ended with the Dilimi Community team winning 4 – 2.
During halftime LRSO provided drinking water for both teams. And after the final whistle LRSO still shared our snacks, and drinks with the players from both teams, and few community members.
Coach Abiola of the host community expressed his gratitude, and said the community will always be ready to welcome LRSO anytime.
We prayed with them and left for our destination.
